Troubleshooting
Problem: Image is tilted

Adjust the projector keystone by pressing the “Keystone H” and
“Keystone V” buttons on the remote control. Or, select “Screen >
Keystone” from the OSD menu to make the adjustment.
Problem: Image is reversed

Adjust the projection direction to correct it. Select “Screen >
Projection > Rear” from the OSD menu to correct the image.
Problem: The projector stops responding to all controls

If possible, turn off the projector, then unplug the power cord and
wait at least 60 seconds before reconnecting power.
Problem: If the remote control does not work

Check if the remote control is within its effective operating
range. The maximum operating range for the remote control is
about 33.0’ (10m) and ±30° (horizontally) in front of the device’s
IR receiver (front and back). Make sure there is no obsctruction
between the remote control and the IR receiver.

Check the remote batteries. Make sure the batteries are inserted
correctly. Replace the batteries if the are used up.

Ensure you have set the correct IR code to the remote control.
Error Messages

Temperature Error - the projector is overheat inside. Check the
environmental condition.

Fan Error - the cooling system fan is not working.
