Sets the step interval for exposure.
Sets whether to adjust the sensitivity in increments of 1 EV step
or in accordance with the [EV Steps] setting for exposure.
Select from [10sec.], [20sec.], [30sec.] or [Continue] for
the exposure metering time. If [Continue] is selected, metering
continues until the shutter release button is pressed fully
or the camera is turned off.
Exposure is locked when focus is locked.
The metering point and the AF point can be linked when
the metering mode is set to
A
(Multi-segment), or when
the focusing area selection mode is set to
E
(Select)
and the metering mode is set to
C
(Spot). Exposure
is adjusted in accordance with the position of
the selected AF point.
Compensates automatically when the proper exposure cannot
be determined.
Sets the function of the shutter release button in
M
mode.
The camera operates in the same manner when shooting with
a remote control unit.
