• The digital zoom function can be used when the Image quality mode

is 

. It cannot be used in the following situations:

– when the shooting mode is set on 

 (Sound), 

 (Text), 

(Continuous Shooting) or 

 (Motion Picture) mode

– when the image quality mode is set on non-compressed (NC)

• When using the digital zoom function, decide the composition using
