Changing the Flash Mode (p.60-61)

Set the mode dial to [
] or [ ].

Press the button to select a flash
mode.
You can choose Flash Off (
), Auto
(
), Forced Flash (
), or Slow Synchro
mode (
blinks).
The mark for the selected mode will be
displayed on the LCD panel and on the
LCD monitor.

The self timer lamp lights and the self-timer
starts. The shutter is released after a delay
of approximately 10 seconds. The self
timer lamp starts to flash about 2 seconds
before the shutter is released and the beep
sound is heard.
