4.3 PROGRAMMING THE CHAIN RACE
This procedure must be carried out ONLY by the installer and ONLY during the setting up of the system.
For correct programming, before making changes, always return the chain to the high position (see paragraph 4.2).

With the trimmer in disabled position ( flashing light turned on), the current sensor is excluded.
4.4 ADJUSTMENT OF THE CURRENT SENSOR
This procedure must be carried out ONLY by the installer and ONLY during the setting up of the system.
The movement can be performed in particular situations in which it is not possible to move the chain to the lifted position in automatic mode.
4.5 REGULATION OF THE AUTOMATIC RE-CLOSURE TIME

TRIMMER 1 - Raising managed by photocells
TRIMMER 2-> 3 - automatic rise waiting time from 3 s to 180 s
TRIMMER 3 - automatic raising disabled
With the chain in movement, check the sensitivity of
the intervention of the current sensor and check that
there is a regular functioning of the chain.

Check that the functioning is regular and that the sensitivity
is setted in a correct way.
Increase lightly the trimmer to balance the frictions which
can vary with the time and the temperature.
Turn the TORQUE STOP trimmer in anti-clockwise
sense to decrease the force of the motors.
It is possible to turn the TORQUE STOP trimmer in
clockwise sense to increase the force of the motors.

When the chain reaches the desired lower position, re-press the
BLUE
button. The chain
stops.
Press the

Check the wiring of the motor. Repeat the test.
Check if the chain is completely raised, if

Press the step by step button (terminal blocks 5 and 11). The chain rises to the upper
position.
During the memorization of the race and for the next 2 complete cycles of moving
(lraising) avoid interventions on stop and photocells.
Avoid also the intervention of the current sensor, because the card in these 2 first
movements acquires the parameters for a proper functioning.
Press the step by step button (terminal blocks 5 and 11). The chain lowers completely.
The rising and lowering are stored.
If the chain inverts the movement, bring it back to the upper position (
