10.0.4 REPLACEMENT OF THE VAPORIZER GROUP
(AUTHORIZED TECHNICIAN)

- Remove the casing
- Empty the tanks
- Remove the two lower springs of the water used tank
- Disconnect the three tubes of rubber holder and remove the tank, being careful NOT to remove the wires of the
level
- Unscrew the vaporizer
- Disconnect the wires and tubes connecting the vaporiser
- Remove and replace the old with the new vaporizer
- Replace the wires and tubes in the original position
- Replace the water tank used taking care to check that inside is perfectly clean
- Try the sterilizer without the casing (keeping a safe distance) to check any loss
- Replace the casing and perform a Vacuum Test
10.0.5 REPLACEMENT OF THE ELECTROVALVES GROUP

- Remove the casing
- Disconnect wires and tubes
- Remove the old bar and replace the new pre-assembled and complete
- Replace wires and tubes as originally
- Check without reassembling the casing the presence of any loss (maintain safe distance)
- Run the Vacuum Test
Remove the network cables! Only authorized technicians!
10.0.6 REPLACEMENT PUMP LOAD

- Remove the casing
- Empty the tank of clean water
- Replace the pump and filter making sure to reconnect all tubes and cables in the original position
- Check for loss
- Check the efficiency of conducting
10.0.7 MAINTENANCE OF VACUUM PUMP

CODE 5153 TWO HEADS
TYPE Sterilizer 23lt.:
- Remove the casing
- Unscrew the pump placed under the camera
- Disconnect tubes and cables
- Remove the pump and replace the membrane and valves of the three heads
- Replace the pump with cables and tubes in the original position
- Perform a vacuum test
TYPE Sterilizer 18lt.:
- Remove the casing
- Unscrew the two heads of the pump without removing the pump
- Replace the valves and the two membranes
- Replace the casing
- Perform a vacuum test
FOR BOTH TYPES:
- By using an indelible pen mark each head
- Remove the four screws
- Take the two heads
- Remove the two centre screws (two plugs are hidden by blacks) and replace the two valves
- Replace the two heads respecting the sign made with the indelible pen
- Replace the membranes taking the two ends and unscrew
- Put the new membranes and screw all the way down
- Replace the heads
- Turn the motor fan by hand (full cycle) checking that nothing has hardness
