LOT CARD READ-ERROR!
REMOVE LOT CARD
Lot Card data is corrupted due
to electrical fault or poor contact
between Lot Card and Reader
slot.
Remove Lot Card, then re-
insert.
INVALID LOT CARD!
REMOVE LOT CARD
Test is not compatible with this
Reader.
Contact Technical Support.
REMOVE CARTRIDGE,
THEN RE-INSERT
Barcode sensor does not detect
barcode correctly.
Ensure Cartridge is properly
inserted. The Reader waits
until operator removes
Cartridge, then displays:
RE-INSERT CARTRIDGE
When Cartridge is properly
inserted, Reader displays:
TEST IN PROGRESS,
READING BARCODE…
TIMEOUT! DISCARD
TEST. HIT A KEY
Either Cartridge or Lot Card
was not inserted within 5
minutes.
Insert correct Lot Card.

Repeat Test with a fresh set
of components.

SCANNING ERROR!
ATTEMPTING RE-SCAN
A mechanical problem with the
transport mechanism is
detected during scanning phase
of the test.
Reader automatically attempts
a repeat of scan. Screen
displays the message:
TEST: TnI
RE-SCAN * * * * * * * * * *
TRANSPORT ERROR!
RE-CALIBRATING HOME
Followed by:
TEST IS REJECTED.
PRESS KEY TO PROCEED
Mechanical fault in transport
mechanism is detected after
scan repeated. (See above
message).
After the “TRANSPORT
ERROR! RECALIBRATING
HOME” message, this message
is displayed along with two
short beeps.
Reader re-initializes transport
mechanism. Next error
message (see below) is
displayed.
Automatically performed by the
Reader. Press any key on the
keypad to continue.
