4.2.1  Read-out functions 

The read-out functions are displayed in the top part of the screen (see Figure 4.4). 

In this part the following information is displayed:

Strokes/min: the number of production strokes that the machine is performing per 
minute. 

-

 

Vacuum: the current vacuum value in mbar. 

-

 

Prog. nr.: the packaging program chosen. 

-

 

Date: the current date. 

-

 

Time: the current time. 

-

 

Status: this status line indicates the status of the machine, also all presented failure 
messages are displayed here as a walking massage, behind each other. The possible 
causes of and solutions to the failures displayed can be found in paragraph 7.2. 

 

4.2.2  Retrieval and write functions 

By pressing the buttons in the operator menu (see Figure 4.5) the relevant menu is displayed. 

 

If you press on the spot where the arrow is pointing at, the screen will go to the relevant menu.
