7.13 Engine

The  engine  used  on  the  REMOS  GX  is  the  ROTAX  912  ULS-2,
which complies with ASTM F2239.

The engine is a 4 stroke, 4 cylinder horizontally opposed, duel carbu-
reted, twin spark ignition engine with one central camshaft, pushrods
and overhead valves. Cylinder heads are liquid cooled, the cylinders
itself are cooled by ram air. Oil system is a dry sump with external oil
reservoir.
