EMERGENCY LANDING
NOTE
With a failed elevator control the aircraft might be
controlled with the trim system. Pitch control is
extremely limited. Engine power control might support
pitch control.
NOTE
stuck/blocked elevator control
UP trim will result in a nose down response
DOWN trim will result in a nose up response
disconnected/floating elevator control
UP trim will result in a nose up response
DOWN trim will result in a nose down response
WARNING
Loss of elevator control is an extremely severe situation
that might result in loss of control of the aircraft, serious
injuries or even death.
