Menu item
Function
Output Level
Adjusts the overall volume between 0 dB and 25dB
Here you can adjust the volume level at the XLR output.
Speaker Number
Selects the number of open microphones
The number of open microphones can be set to 1, 2, or all. If the
maximum number of microphones is switched on, it will not be possible
to activate another microphone. This limitation will not apply to a
microphone with priority.
Priority Select
Selects the priority circuit
A microphone can take priority so that the speaker (e.g. chairman) can
interrupt a discussion. This feature is available for up to two channels at
a time. If two mixers are linked, they will be indicated by “A” and “B”. To
exit this menu, turn the
CONTROL
knob clockwise and press it once the
cursor is on the arrow at the right corner.
Threshold Level
Adjusts the threshold between 1 dBm and 10 dBm
You can adjust the threshold for channel switching. As soon as the
volume of a microphone exceeds the threshold value adjusted, this
channel is switched on. As soon as the volume of the microphone
switched on falls below the threshold value, the microphone can be
replaced by another microphone.
Work Set
Defines the mixer as chairman or slave
When two mixers are linked, it is necessary to define which mixer works
as master unit and which as slave unit. Settings changed at the master
unit will be automatically transferred to the secondary unit. You can view
the settings in the display of the secondary unit but you cannot change
them. The settings
Threshold Level
,
Keyboard Lock
and
Contrast
Ratio
are excluded from this rule; these can be adjusted individually.
PILOT
Activates/deactivates the pilot tone evaluation
The pilot tone is an inaudible signal added to the transmitted signal by
the wireless microphone. The mixer detects and evaluates the pilot tone.
The pilot tone supports the mixer’s squelch function and prevents
interference due to RF signals from other devices.
Language Select
Changes the menu language
After switching on English is selected as menu language. In this menu
item you can switch to Chinese.
Contrast Ratio
Adjusts the display brightness in 10 steps
Keyboard Lock
Activates/deactivates the lock mode
To prevent inadvertent operation, a lock mode is provided. When the
lock mode is activated, it is not possible to change menu settings. For
normal operation, the lock mode must be deactivated again.
Reset
Reset to default settings
This menu item resets the mixer to its default settings.
