The turbolators positioned in the convective section of the boiler can be observed after having loosened the
fastening nuts and removing the upper lid.

The ash cleaning procedure must be carried out with a special tool, in particular a metallic brush rubbed
from the top down. After having brushed and removed ash, the collected ash residues must be removed by
opening the lower lid to scrape ashes from the lower section of the boiler convective heat exchanger.

experience demonstrates that these elements
may be jammed by deposits of ashes.
Consequently, they must be lifted vertically with
care.
