change the operating parameters of the boiler control module in order to operate the appliance with
different modes and heat outputs, depending on the local heating requirements:
Filling the fuel hopper
– the fuel is poured into the system hopper. The pellet auger draws the
fuel from the hopper and carries it to the main module of the pellet burner.
Ash removal procedure
– it is advisable to stop the pellet burner regularly (at least once every
72 hours of operation of the system), wait until the system has cooled down (at least 30
minutes) and wipe away any ash residue in the heat exchanger of the hot water pellet boiler,
scraping it away manually and wiping off the ash. Remove the ash residue collected in the
purpose-provided ash tray of the boiler if necessary. If you observe this procedure, you will
ensure efficient heat exchange and retain the optimal operating conditions of your boiler.
CAUTION
:
regular removal of any ash residue deposited on the heat exchange surfaces of the boiler
ensures prolonged and reliable operation, as well as efficient and economical
performance of the appliance.
Procedure for removing ash from the pellet burner grille
– after the system has been
switched off and the burner has cooled down to ambient temperature, open the boiler
combustion chamber flap, remove the burner grille, wipe off any ash residue, reposition the
burner grille and then close the flap.
