PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD)
The PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD) harnesses the power of four REDVOLT batteries or two REDVOLT XL bat-
teries to power the DSMC BRAIN. Similar to the PRO BATTERY MODULE (DUAL), this module enables hot-swap
support for continuous power to the camera without missing a shot.
The PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD) is equipped with 1/4-20 mounting points on the top of the module for
outrigger handles and other attachments. The PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD) is the highest capacity DSMC
battery module for your all day shooting sessions.
WARNING:
DO NOT USE more than one DSMC battery module at a time. Using more than one DSMC battery
module will damage the DSMC BRAIN and will not be covered under RED warranty.
NOTE:
A MODULE ADAPTOR or +1 ADAPTOR MODULE is required to mount this module to the DSMC
BRAIN.
NOTE:
The PRO BATTERY MODULES (QUAD) will not charge batteries, even if a power cable is attached to the
DSMC BRAIN. Charging REDVOLT or REDVOLT XL batteries will require a dedicated charger.
INSERT BATTERIES IN PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD)
1. Align and insert the selected REDVOLT or REDVOLT XL battery.
2. Apply pressure to the battery until a click is heard, signalling that the battery is properly seated.
REMOVE BATTERIES FROM PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD)
1. Press the black rectangular battery eject button next to the battery you want to eject.
2. When the battery is ejected, remove the battery from the PRO BATTERY MODULE (QUAD).
