POSSIBLE CAUSES
Solutions:
The pellets
accumulate in the
grate
Pellet load too high
Insufficient combustion area.
Pellets damp or unsuitable.
Door open
Smoke outlet blocked
Gaskets worn
Increase the pellet load
following the instructions in
section 4.10
Make sure that the
combustive air inlet in the
back of the stove is free
from obstructions or
blockages
Remove the unsuitable
pellet from the hopper and
exchange it with one
recommended by the
manufacturer
Check that the door is
properly closed
Clean the smoke outlet
Increase the smoke fan
speed according to the
technical manual
Replace the faulty
component
The flame is weak
and goes out
The pellet hopper is emptying
Low pellet load
Unsuitable pellet
Fill the hopper
Increase the pellet load
following the instructions in
section 4.10
Remove the unsuitable
pellet from the hopper and
exchange it with one
recommended by the
manufacturer
The room fan does
