PROBLEMS / CAUSES / SOLUTIONS

All repairs must be carried out exclusively by a
specialised technician, with the stove completely cold
and the electric plug pulled out.
The operations marked in bold type must be carried
out by specialised personnel.
The manufacturer will not be liable and the guarantee
lapses if this condition is not respected.
PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSES
Solutions:
The stove signals
failed ignition
Led 2.
The screw feeder is empty for first ignition or
due to the pellets running out
The hopper is empty
The screw feeder is blocked by foreign
bodies
The gear motor is faulty
Wait for the pellet to be
loaded
Fill the hopper
Free the screw feeder
from foreign bodies
Replace the faulty
component
The stove signals
anomalous stove
shutdown
Led 1.
The pellet is not emitted into the combustion
chamber
The fuel hopper has emptied out
Low pellet feed rate.
Unsuitable pellets.
Door open
Grate dirty
Gaskets worn
The screw feeder is blocked by foreign
bodies
The gear motor is faulty
Wait for the pellet to be
loaded
Fill the hopper
Increase the pellet load
following the instructions in
section 4.10
Remove the unsuitable
pellet from the hopper and
exchange it with one
recommended by the
manufacturer
Check that the door is
properly closed
Clear the grate of
obstructions section 5
Change the gaskets
Free the screw feeder
from foreign bodies
Replace the faulty
component
