Description

*NP0

A local modem, connected through its network control-in (NC IN)
port to a local manager:

• Passes

only the NC commands that are addressed to a remote

modem

from its NC IN port to the in-band secondary channel

• Passes only responses

that are addressed

from a remote modem

to the local manager

from the secondary channel to its NC OUT

port.

With this option, a remote modem receiving the local modem’s
commands does not pass them to its NC OUT port
