6. ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE
Per l’installazione del sollevatore seguire quanto indicato di seguito oppure quanto riportato nel documento ANSI/ALI
ALIS “American National Standard for Automotive Lifts - Safety Requirements for Installation and Service”.
6.1 CARATTERISTICHE DELLA PAVIMENTAZIONE E DEI TASSELLI PER IL FISSAGGIO A TERRA DEL
SOLLEVATORE
Il sollevatore deve essere installato su pavimento piano e orizzontale in grado di reggere i CARICHI TRASMESSI AL
PIANO D’APPOGGIO (vedi fig.1).
Le caratteristiche di minima della pavimentazione debbono essere:
A) Calcestruzzo utilizzato: classe R’bk 300 o superiore
B) Spessore minimo della pavimentazione, al netto di eventuale piastrellatura e relativo massetto di posa (vedi fig. 1a)
C) Armatura superiore ed inferiore realizzata almeno con rete elettrosaldata Ø 3/16 x 6” (Ø4x150 mm) o assimilabile, e
maglia non superiore a 10” (250 mm). Copriferro non maggiore di 1” (25 mm)
D) Portanza del terreno non minore di 18,5 lbs /inch

Le caratteristiche esposte debbono essere garantite su di un’area minima di feet 15x5 (m 4,50 x 1,50) (fig. 1), nella
quale non debbono essere presenti giunti di dilatazione o tagli che interrompano la continuità dell’armatura superiore.
6. INSTALLATION
INSTRUCTIONS
To install the lift, follow the instructions indicated below or in the document ANSI/ALI ALIS “American National
Standard for Automotive Lifts – Safety Requirements for Installation and Service”.
6.1 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE FLOOR AND GROUND ANCHORS TO SECURE THE LIFT
The lift should be installed on flat level floor able to support LOADS TRANSMITTED TO SUPPORT AREA (See fig.1).
Minimum features foor floor should be the following:
A) Concrete used: class R’bk 300 or higher
B) Minimum thickness of the flooring, net of any tiling and layout blocks (See fig. 1a)
C) Upper and lower reinforcement done at least with electro-welded wire net Ø 3/16 x 6” (Ø4x150 mm) or combined, with
mesh not exceeding 10” (250 mm). Wire cover no greater than 1” (25 mm)
D) Bearing capacity of area no less than 18.5 lbs /inch
2 (1.3 Kg/cm 2 )
These characteristics must be guaranteed over a minimum area of feet 15x5 (m 4,50 x 1,50) (fig. 1), where there must
be no expansion joints or cuts to break the continuity of the upper reinforcement.
