Spreading sequence
The intended use of the single-disc spreader includes the observance of service,
maintenance, and repair instructions specified by the manufacturer. Therefore,
spreading operations
always include the
preparation
and
cleaning/mainte-
nance
work.
Carry out spreading operations as described below.

DANGER
Risk of injury during spreading.
Contact with the rotating machine components (universal drive
shaft, spreading disc, agitator) can lead to injury. Body parts or
objects may be caught and pulled in.
Spread only with the safety guard closed.

CAUTION
Risk of injury due to ejected spreading material.
Only for spreaders with an electronic operating unit
In case of a fault, it is possible that the metering slider unexpect-
edly opens to the spreading position during road transport. There
is a danger of slipping and injury due to the spreading material.
