1. Insert load chain into vinyl chain bag. Position vinyl chain bag onto hoist mounting bracket.
2. Align holes and insert cotter pin through appropriate bag connection holes for the specific model.

3. Place washer onto pin.
4. Insert and secure cotter pin.
