SAFETY WARNINGS

Always unload the tool before 
proceeding to disassemble it.

1.

  Remove front barrel and magazine from upper 

tool assembly as detailed in points 1 to 3 
in Operators Service Procedure - Disassembly 
page 21.

2.

 Now pull the piston from the rear barrel and 

replace it with the one supplied with your 
magazine kit (Ramset Part No. TM40). Ensure 
the piston head fits into the rear chamber

 To assemble the magazine to the rear barrel, 

align retainers with location slots then slide 
magazine over rear barrel to the central 
position and twist clockwise. The assembly 
should slide freely within the limits of the 
retaining grooves
