SAFETY WARNINGS
Always unload the tool before
proceeding to disassemble it.
1.
Using the pointed end of a fastener, depress
the retractor pawl and swing the retractor
assembly out of the receiver

To remove the barrel assembly, slide it forward
out of the receiver

To remove the front barrel. Position the front
barrel in a central position on the rear barrel
twist anti-clockwise and slide free

To remove the Fastener Guide, it is necessary
to remove one retainer. To remove, rotate the
retainer clip to clear the retainer slot, then slide
the retainer back and remove it from the inside
of the barrel

5.
The Fastener Guide can now be removed from
the front barrel. For complete cleaning, remove
the retainer clip and the second retainer. Pull
the piston from the rear barrel

6.
With all parts dismantled - clean all surfaces
thoroughly.
Check for any damage to:
(i)
Piston
*
tip; replace if damaged.
(ii)
Piston
*
straightness, replace if not straight.
(iii)
Piston
Circlip
*
replace if damaged.
(iv)
Fastener
Guide
Buffer
*
, replace if worn.
