Reassemble all components in the reverse order
to the disassembly procedure. Lightly oil all
components prior to reassembly, and wipe off any
excess oil.
SAFETY WARNINGS
Always ensure the tool is
unloaded before proceeding to
reassemble.
1.
Insert piston assembly into the rear barrel,
ensure the piston head fits into the rear chamber.
Insert the fastener guide (small end first) into the
front barrel, the front end of the fastener guide
should project out of the front barrel

Assemble retainer clip with the location notches
in the rear position - aligned with the retainer
slots in the front barrel and slide the clip on until
the clip seats in the clip groove

The retainers can be inserted from inside the
barrel with finger pressure. i.e. Position the
retainer with the undercut in the rear position.
The retainer should click into position

To assemble front barrel to rear barrel.
Align retainers with location slots - slide to
central position and twist clockwise. The barrel
assembly should slide freely within the limit of
the retaining grooves

5.
Slide the barrel assembly (breech end first) into
the upper tool assembly, align the retractor slot in
the barrel adjacent to the retractor location in the
front of the receiver

. Rotate the retractor
assembly up into the receiver ensuring that the
roll over retractor is aligned into the retraction
slot in the barrel assembly. The retraction pawl
should lock into the receiver assembly.
