thus the absolute value 36 is within range 1, range 2, and range 3, the Min, Maj,
and Cri LEDs are on.
You can configure range 1, range 2, and range 3 through the NView NNM system
but they must be between -36 V and -72 V.
If the input voltage hierarchical alarm LED is yellow or red, the input voltage is
within the allowed range.
If the alarm LED is yellow or red, the power supply is supplying power to the
backplane and power alarm Trap will be reported.
