Position the tile to be bevelled with the glaze leaned against the trolley work bench by checking it is perfectly leaned against
the square guide

, visually check the diamond blade is at the level of the glaze.
Make a 2/3 cm test jolly cut to verify it is at glaze level, if needed, perfect the positioning of the tile.
To carry out the jolly cut correctly, the blade shall be properly sharpened as a blade insufficiently sharpened would bend, not
allowing to keep the cutting line at the same height of the glaze. In case of breaking of the end part of the tile, sharpen the blade
making some cuts with the dressing stone.
4.3 45° jolly cuts
Loosen the knob

. Bring the motor group at a maximum height and tighten the knob

Lock the blade external guard at the maximum height. Loosen the handle

and rotate the motor group until the 45°
inclination has been reached. Lock the motor group by means of the handle
(B)
.
Loosen the knob
(A)
and bring the blade to
the desired cutting depth by checking that the blade does not hit the trolley frame.

To carry out the jolly cut on ceramic tiles, the tile must be positioned on the work bench with its glazed
side leaning against the trolley work bench
