5.3 Starter replacement
FOR THIS OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAINS AND THE TANK
IS EMPTY.
AFTER THE REPLACEMENT, MAKE SURE THE CONNECTIONS IN THE TERMINAL BOARD HAVE BEEN
MADE CORRECTLY, VERIFYING THE BLADE ROTATION DIRECTION.

To remove the starter, unscrew the 2
screws

, unscrew the motor terminal
board cover screws
(B)
and disconnect
the connection cables.
Assemble the new starter by restoring
the connections in the motor terminal
board, being careful not to crush the
wires.
MAKE SURE THAT THE STARTER VOLTAGE MATCHES THE MACHINE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE
5.2 Recycle pump replacement
FOR THIS OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAINS AND THE TANK
IS EMPTY.
Empty the tank. Open the motor terminal
board cover
(A)
of the pump; disconnect
the pump power supply cable. Detach the
water delivery hoses
(B)
.
Replace the damaged pump with the new
pump and restore the connections.
Close the terminal board cover being
careful not to crush the wires.
Reconnect the delivery hoses.
AFTER THE REPLACEMENT, MAKE SURE THE CONNECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE CORRECTLY.
