3.4.1 Disassembly of the motor group
TO CARRY OUT THIS OPERATION, WEAR THE PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND ACCIDENT-PREVENTION
SHOES
TO CARRY OUT THIS OPERATION, MAKE SURE THE MACHINE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAINS.
CHECK THAT THE MOTOR GROUP IS AT THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT AND THE TROLLEY CORRECTLY
FASTENED
The motor group was conceived to be easily removed from the machine, thus making the machine more easily
transportable. Extract the pump
(A)
from the tank by making all the water inside pour out , and place it on the motor,
making sure that hoses and cables do not hamper the removal of the motor group.
Once the motor group has reached the maximum height, tilt it until the “jolly 45°” position is reached. Then unscrew and
remove the handle
(B)
, and later unscrew the self-locking nut
(C)
.
Extract the motor group from its housing by gripping it strongly.
