5. Charging The ToxiRAE Pro CO

Always fully charge the battery before using the ToxiRAE Pro CO
2
. The ToxiRAE Pro
CO
2
’s Li-ion battery is charged by placing the ToxiRAE Pro CO
2
in its cradle. Contacts
on the bottom of the ToxiRAE Pro CO
2
meet the cradle’s contact pins, transferring
power.
Note:
Before setting the ToxiRAE Pro CO
2
into its charging cradle, visually inspect the
contacts to make sure they are clean. If they are not, wipe them with a soft, dry cloth. Do
not use solvents or cleaners.
