J24 connector

J24 allows rear I/O to the RTM. On a standard RTM, these signals are not used.
The IDE-Primary signals and the Floppy signals are disconnected from the circuit
path by not installing zero ohm rsistors. Therefore, this configuration only supports
the floppy connected to the CPU board. The IDE-Secondary is the only IDE channel
available on the RTM.
