Your RadioShack ET-294 Amplified 2-
Line Trim Phone lets you place or re-
ceive calls from two separate telephone
lines. The phone’s volume control helps
you hear the conversation, and its slim
style works great in almost any room.
Its features include:
Amplified Handset Volume Control —
lets you adjust the volume of the sound
you hear through the handset.
Line Status Lights — show if a line is
available, in use, or on hold.
Reset — lets you end one call then re-
ceive or place another without returning
the handset to its cradle.
Redial — the touch of a button lets you
redial the last number dialed.
Conference Calling — lets you com-
bine both phone lines for a three-way
conversation.
Lighted Keypad — makes it easy to
dial a number in a darkened room.
Hold — lets you put a call on hold on
one or both lines.
Ringer Controls — let you turn off the
ringer or control its volume for each line.
Touch Tone or Pulse (Rotary) Dialing
— lets you connect your phone to either
type of phone service.
Hearing-Aid Compatibility — lets you
use your phone with any hearing aid that
has a T (telephone) switch.
Note: Your local phone company might
offer special phone services such as
Rollover, Hunt, or Call Forwarding which
can be set up for the two lines connect-
ed to this phone. These services switch
incoming calls from one line to another.
