Operation Cooking Operation / Shutdown
1) Insert overflow pipe;
2) Fix spout case (screw the fixed bolt and two press cover bolts fasten by hands),
place protect cover in position.
3) Place cover, hold ring and noodle basket in position.
4) Turn the machine power on. (Turn watering switch to “auto”, Switch the power to
“ON”)
5) When water in sink reaches the level of upper water level and temperature reaches
the the setting value (more than 200 F)
,
shake loose raw noodle and put into the
baskets.
6) Press “down button”, start cooking. ( Baskets will stop and move down when it
reach the place, then start blend. When setting cook time is completed, baskets will
rise to place automatically and stop automatically.)
(Note: You can use long chopsticks or spider spoon to loosen raw ingredients while
Cooking Operation
When finished a whole day cooking, the machine should be shut down and cleaned.
1) Switch the “power” to “OFF”
2) Lift up the overflow pipe to drain all the water in machine sink.
3) Put the overflow pipe back to its place. Turn the watering switch to “manual” to fill
in water to the sink. When water is filled properly, turn the watering switch to “auto”
(stop fill water).
4) Take out the baskets, remove hold ring, cover, protect cover, spout case
and impellers.
