Routine Maintenance
4) Clean baskets and hold ring everyday
Purpose: keep baskets clean.
Method: after machine stop cooking, remove baskets and ring, clean with towel
and clear water. Stainless steel net can only be cleaned with brush. Do not hit the
stainless steel net to avoid break the net.
5) Clean machine surface everyday.
Purpose: keep the machine clean.
Method: after machine stop cooking, clean the table, front panel and side panels
with wet towel.
6) Clean up and down float switch (every three days)
Purpose: keep the switch clean and let floats move freely. To avoid fill water and
heat up.
Method: after machine stop cooking,
a) Turn the power switch to “OFF”
b) Lift up overflow pipe, drain all water from the sink and place overflow pipe back
to position.
c) Remove protective cover.
d) Crimp the float ring with crimping tool. Pull outwards to remove the ring.
e) Take out the float. Clean the float surface, center hole and installation bar with
towel.
f) Re-install the float and put the ring into installation bar’s gut. Then put on protec-
tive cover.
7) Clean water scale (regular clean water quality)
Keeping the water sink and items in it clean will increase the heater’s life and ener-
gy-savings.
Method: after machine stop cooking, select proper detergent to clean the scale.
