Routine Maintenance
1) Clean Water Sink Everyday
Purpose: keep the sink clean.
Method: after machine stop cooking,
a) Turn the power switch to “OFF”
b) Lift up overflow pipe, drain all water from the sink and place overflow pipe back
to position.
c) Turn the “watering” switch to “manual” and fill water to sink.
d) Clean inner side of sink with towel ( or use proper amount detergent)
e) Drain all water in sink.
f) Re-fill clear water to clean machine again till it is clean thoroughly.
2) Clean spout case everyday
Purpose: keep the case clean.
Method: after machine stop cooking,
a) Turn the power switch to “OFF”
b) Lift up overflow pipe, drain all water from the sink and place overflow pipe back
to position.
c) Unscrew the fixed bolt on spout case by hand and remove the spout case.
d) Loose the press bolts on both side of spout case. Open the case ( see Fig 13), rinse
the inside and outside of the case with clear water.
e) Place the case back to the position.
3) Clean impellers ( every two days, designated person)
Purpose: keep the impellers clean and working normally.
Method: after machine stop cooking,
a) Turn the power switch to “OFF”
b) Lift up overflow pipe, drain all water from the sink and place overflow pipe back
to position.
c) Loose the fixed bolts by hand and remove spout case, then remove the bolt at the
end of impeller.
d) Wrapped impeller with towel and take out impeller carefully. Use towel to clean
the water and dirt on impellers.
e) Use towel to clean installation axis and recesses hole.
f) Install the impellers to axis carefully. Fasten the bolt by hands.
