Cleaning and maintenance
Before performing the cleaning op-
eration, always disconnect the plug
from the power socket and wait for the
appliance to cool down completely.
a. Clean the deep fryer on both the inside and outside regularly.
b. Clean the outside of the deep fryer with a damp cloth an d dry with a soft dean cloth.
Never use abrasive cleaners of sponges
.
☞ Never immerse the resistor unit (6) in water or in other liquids.
c. The basket and the handle can be cleaned with warm water and a dishes detergent.
Dry them well before using again .
d. When replacing the oil you can also dean the inside of deep fryer.
Empty the bowl of the deep fryer and first clean the inside with a paper towel and
then with a cloth dipped in soapy water. Then wipe with a damp cIoth and allow to
dry thoroughly.
e. All components, with the exception of the electrical parts, may be cleaned in warm
soapy.
Dry thoroughly before use.
Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.
☞ Before reinserting the power plug in the socket make sure that
the appliance and all of its components are completely dry and
correctly mounted.
