Pressing the key activates the
weighing function - the display
shows the weight (9).
Also to be used for the tare
function (see section "Integrated
kitchen scale").
Speed control knob (18):
Speed level selection
For the right-hand rotation,
adjustable from level "SL"
(mixing) to level 1 (slow) to 10
(fast).
For left rotation, adjustable from
"SL" level + level 1 to 2.
Temperature control knob
(19):
Setting the desired temperature
level.
Adjustable in 5°C steps from
30°C to 120 °C.
Start button (20):
To start a preparation step or a pre-
installed program.
To interrupt a preparation step or a
pre-installed programme (pause).
To reset the settings.
Time setting button (21):
Setting the desired preparation
time.
Adjustable from 1 second to 99
minutes. The setting is made up to
1 minute in 1-second steps, then
up to 10 minutes in 30 second
steps and finally in 1 minute steps.
Key for TURBO function (22):
A short press of this key activates
temporary full power operation.
Maximum speed level.
Key for rotation to the left
(23):
Switching to the setting mode for
the left rotation function.

Inserting/Removing the
stainless steel mixing bowl
(E)
The appliance has a safety device.
It only works if the stainless steel
mixing bowl is correctly placed on
the appliance and the lid
is correctly placed on the
mixing bowl.
The contacts on the underside of the
stainless steel mixing bowl must be
completely dry when the bowl is placed
on its base. Also check that no
liquid is deposited on the
connection to the base or gets
inside.
