When you lift the lid,
steam hot water
escapes.
Danger of burning!
Make sure that the
steamer is placed
correctly on the mixing
bowl. Also make sure
that you do not cover all
the holes in the bottom
of the steamer, steamer
compartment or lid with
food.
The steam must be able
to escape freely
through the openings.
This prevents
uncontrolled steam
from escaping from the
appliance!
Do not use the steamer
if you have not poured
enough water (or broth,
if applicable) in the
stainless steel mixing
bowl.
The steamer is ideal for steaming
vegetables, fish, seafood, meat,
etc. Please observe the following
instructions when using the
steamer.
The steamer (K) consists of 3
elements, namely the lid (28), the
steam compartment (29) and the
steam tray (30).
Depending on the quantity and
type of your ingredients, you can
choose whether you want to put
them in the steam tray (30) or in
the steam compartment (29)
during preparation. When you fill
both parts, pay attention to the
fact that the juice (e.g. meat
juice) of the ingredients, which
are in the steamer compartment
(29), can drip onto the
ingredients in the steam tray
(30).
Preferably place ingredients that
require a longer cooking time in
the steam tray (30).
Instead of using only water for
steaming, you can also add broth
or cooking juice to the stainless
steel mixing bowl (E) and steam
the ingredients. In any case,
however, it is important to ensure
that enough liquid is poured into
the stainless steel mixing bowl
(E). The guideline values of
approx. 0.5 litre of liquid (water
or stock) for steaming of
approx.30 minutes seems to be
