Solution
The
appliance
does not
work. The
device
cannot be
put into
operation.
The plug is not connected
to the earthed mains
socket.
Insert the plug into the earthed mains
socket.
The on/off switch on the
back of the unit is not
switched on.
Turn on the on/off switch.
The error message E1
appears on the screen.
Please contact your customer service
centre.
The stainless steel mixing
bowl is not correctly
placed on the the base
(error message "E2"). The
corresponding display
also flashes.
Place the mixing bowl in stainless
steel on the base according to
the instructions in this manual.
The lid is not properly
placed on the stainless
steel mixing bowl (error
message « E3 »). The
corresponding display
appears on the screen
with an exclamation mark.
Place the lid correctly on the stainless
steel mixing bowl. See the section
"Setting up/removal of the cover".
The motor is blocked/the
blade does not turn (error
message « E4 »).
Switch off the appliance and unplug it.
Check that there are no ingredients
blocking the blades (unsuitable, too
hard or too stringy food) and remove
them if necessary. If there are no items
blocking the blades, please contact our
customer service.
