IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
When using this electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the
following:
1.
Read all instructions before using this food processor.
2.
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications.
3.
Before operating check whether the voltage in your home corresponds to the voltage printed on the
bottom of the unit.
4.
Do not hold the motor part, plug or cord under running water or immerse it entirely in water.
5.
Never remove the transparent lid before the blades have stopped rotating.
6.
This electric appliance meets applicable safety standards. Authorized service personnel must only do
repairs on electric appliances. Faulty, unqualified repair work may cause accidents or injury to the
user.
7.
An authorized service personnel may only replace the cord of the appliance, because a special tool is
required.
8.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
9.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Please, be careful when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
13.
Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from supply before approaching parts that move in use.
Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.

Do not use outdoors.
15.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces including stove.
16.
Keep hands away from moving blades while processing food to reduce the risk of severe injury to
persons or damage to the appliance. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the food
chopper is not running.
17.
This appliance is intended for processing small quantities of food for immediate consumption. This
appliance is not intended to prepare large quantities of food at one time.
18.
To reduce the risk of injury, never place cutting blade on base without first putting bowl properly in
place.
19.
Ensure that the cover is securely locked in place before operating the appliance.
20.
Do not attempt to defeat the cover interlock mechanism.
