Should this occur, switch off immediately, top up the
level of water in the tank and repeat the starting up
procedure.
Never put your hands under the steam tube or the brew
group when carrying out the various operations.
9.2 Grind adjustment
The degree of coffee grind is set when the machine is
tested, but it can be changed to suit requirements by
turning the knob clockwise for a finer grind “–“, or anti-
clockwise for a coarser grind “+” (figure 4).
To adjust the quantity of coffee ground, follow the
instructions at point 13.
9.3 To dispense coffee
Press the key to dispense the coffee required (key 2, key
3). Press once for a single brew, press twice
consecutively for two brews.
9.4 To dispense hot water
Place a receptacle under the water/steam want (figure 1-
8) and press the hot water dispenser key (key 4).
9.5 Dispensing Cappuccino
Put the pipe of the Cappuccinatore in the milk container,
puccinatore and push the for milk or cappuccino
Insert the milk supply pipe in the milk container, put the
cup under the milk frother and press the button of milk
or cappuccino
In order to adjust the Cappuccino temperature
oper or
close the black knob on the pipe for milk suction.

ATTENTION:
Always clean the milk frother after use. Take a container
with some water and insert the milk supply pipe (figure
5-A), then press the button of cappuccino in order to
clean it. Once a week remove the Cappuccinatore and
put it into warm water (Figure 5)
Once a week disassemble the milk frother and soak it
into warm water.
9.6 To programme dosage
Once the machine is ready to dispense, press and hold
down the key you wish to programme. When the word
“programme” appears on the display, release the key and
then press it again once the desired quantity has been
reached.
For all adjustments follow the instructions given in
the menu specifications at point 13.
10. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance operations should be carried out
with the machine switched off and cold, and
with the power plug disconnected.
The machine should not be cleaned with metal or
abrasive instruments such as wire wool, metal brushes,
needles etc. or detergents. Use only a soft, damp cloth or
sponge.
Daily cleaning:
Clean the steam tube 8.
Check and clean the dregs collection drawer and the
drip tray.
Clean the cappuccinatore after use: take a container of
water and insert the milk tube (figure 5-A) then start
the cappuccinatore to clean it.
Once a week disassemble the cappuccinatore and clean
it by immersing the pieces in warm water (figure 6)
11. TAKING OUT OF SERVICE
11.1. Temporarily
Run a cleaning cycle for the coffee group
