3.8.2. Turn off the Module with AT Command
It is safe to use

to turn off the module, which is equal to turn off the module via PWRKEY
pin.

3.9. Reset
The module can be reset by driving the RESET_N low for a certain time (TBD) and then releasing it. The
RESET_N signal is sensitive to interference, so it is recommended to route the trace as short as possible
and surround it with ground.

1. To avoid damaging the internal flash, do not switch off the power supply when the module works
normally. Only after the module is turned off by PWRKEY or AT command, the power supply can be
cut off.
2. When turning off module with AT command, keep PWRKEY at a high level after the execution of
power-off command. Otherwise, the module will be turned on again after turned off.
