Remove a Device
After performing all the setup tasks, the installer should disconnect from the charger to make it
available for the customer.
1. Tap the
Pencil
icon to access the chargepoint details screen.
2. At the bottom of the screen, tap the
Remove Device
text. You will be presented with
three options:
1.
Disconnect
2.
Disconnect and wipe data
3.
Cancel
3. Tap the
Disconnect
text.

Do NOT select Disconnect and wipe data. This option will remove the settings
entered into the charger.
4. If you are happy to proceed, tap
Confirm
on the message pop-up that is displayed.

The screen will close and return you to the Add Device screen.
Alternatively, the link to the charger can be disconnected when assisting the customer to setup
their connection to the charger:
1. Make sure the customer has their Wi-Fi details and password ready for entry into the
application.
2. Press and hold the button on the side of the charger for approximately 10s (beep x2).

This will reset the Wi-Fi connection, removing the installer and allowing a new
mobile (the customer) to connect.

Settings made during the setup process should still be present.
