Metadata Array – Rear View
The StorNext M660 Metadata Array contains dual controller canisters
for host connectivity and redundancy (see
Figure 10
).
Determining the
Controller Used in the
Array
Two controllers are currently used in StorNext M660 Metadata Arrays,
the Snowmass Controller, and the Tahoe controller.
Here are a few simple ways you can identify the Tahoe controller from
the Snowmass Controller:
