Turning on the Library

To turn on the library:

Verify that:
• Power cables are firmly in place
• All doors are closed and latched

Turn on the library by pushing power button located on the bottom left-hand corner
of the OCP (see
figure 22
).

The power up sequence can take several minutes. The first message displaying will
alert you that a hand restraint was found. Continue with
