More Tools Menu
allows you to access the DXi service tools.
To access the
More Tools Menu
from the
Service Menu
:

- Gather System information for Diagnostics.

5) Open Manage Web Svc

The
Service Tools Menu
includes the following options:
Option
Description
Reboot Node
Reboots the DXi6900-S system.
Collect
Gathers diagnostic information on the DXi6900-S system. This
information should be available prior to contacting customer support. The
previous 5 collect logs executed are saved by the system.
To view this file, go to:
/scratch/collect/node1-collection
. The
output is also available as a ZIP file at:
/scratch/collect/collect-
<serial_number>-<date>-<time>.zip
