BREAD SIZE
button
Press the button repeatedly to select the bread size
1.5 lb or 2.0 lb. The operation time will vary depending on
the size of your bread.

DELAY
TIMER buttons
Delays the start of the program to produce bread at
your preferred time. Calculate the number of hours by
counting back from the time you want the bread to be
ready to your current time making sure to include the
program time.
Example:
It is 8:30 p.m. and you want to have fresh
bread at 7 a.m. which is in 10 hours and 30 minutes.
Select a program, crust color and bread size. Press the
/
buttons to increase or decrease the duration time
until 10:30 appears on the screen. Then press and hold
the button to start the timer. The dots will flash and
the timer will countdown on the screen. Your fresh bread
is ready at 7 a.m. If you do not take it out immediately,
the bread maker
WARM
function will automatically keep
it warm for 60 minutes. The time can be changed in
increments of 10 minutes. The maximum delay time is
13 hours.
Note:
Perishable goods such as eggs, fresh milk, fruit
and onions cannot be used for delayed cooking.

Press the button repeatedly to select the desired crust
color: Light , medium or dark
