Select menu language
Select the menu language for the configuration. The English language is the default setting
for this menu item.

Select country settings
Select the correct country setting for you from the selection list. The countries in the
selection list are being expanded successively as the respective
country certificates are attained.

Number of MPP trackers
You will now be prompted to select the number of MPP trackers and their corresponding
configurations from a list. You have the option of choosing from between one to three
trackers. It is imperative that you observe the warnings and comments in the chapter
“Connecting the PV generator”

Setting the DC power
After setting the number of trackers, please set the DC power of the PV generators connected
to this inverter in the following step. This setting is necessary for calculating the 70% rule.

Setting the voltage increase protection
In the next step please set the desired threshold value for the rise in voltage protection. You
must consult the power supply company for this setting.

Setting the power reduction functions
Set the type of power reduction if any (none, 70% rule, or ripple control receiver)

Selecting the time zone
Select the time zone (GMT-12 … GMT+12) from the selection menu.

Activating Ethernet
Activate the Ethernet interface if required, to setup a connection to the PC.
The DHCP client is started automatically. If you do not operate a DHCP server in your
network, you can change the IP address later via the display menu.

Setting the field bus address:
Set the field bus address for your device. A valid address can be within a range between 1
and 30. Please take care here that you do not operate two devices in your inverter group
with the same field bus address.

Saving the configuration
Save the configuration and switch to the start screen of the photovoltaic inverter.
