 9.2.1.3  PLC Setup (Profibus/Profinet)

PLC setup is performed by first configuring the PT113 with the AzCom software, ensuring a rack 

address is set to the required value.

Warning:

 Disconnect AzComT PC software after configuration for Profibus interfacing to function 

correctly.

Once the PT113 is configured and disconnected from AzComT, configure the PLC. 

Import the GSD (GSDML) file supplied with the instrument.

Set up the modules as below, note the order. The modules referred to as GW represent the first 

Dword (not in use) and the modules referred to as A.D represent the 2

nd

 and 3

rd

 Dwords with 

data.

Note the order of the modules in the expanded view.

Included with the instrument GSD files is a more detailed example of set up of an S7 PLC.
