In
Microsoft ActiveSync
on your
PC
, choose
Sync
.
or
On your
Ikôn
, tap on
Start>ActiveSync
, and then tap on
Sync
.
During synchronization, the notes you created on your Ikôn are copied to a new Office
OneNote 2007 notebook called
OneNote Mobile
on your
PC
. When synchronization is
done, you can drag the transferred notes into any other sections and other notebooks on your
PC.

Word Mobile
If you’ve used Microsoft Word on your Mac or PC, Word Mobile will be familiar to you.
Keep in mind however that
Word Mobile
is designed for a small screen and limited memory.

Tap on
Start>Programs>Office Mobile>Word Mobile
.
If
Office Mobile
is listed in your
Start
menu, tap on
Start>Office Mobile
and then tap on
Word Mobile
.
If you’ve already create a
Word
document, it will be listed in the
Word Mobile
window.

Tap on
New
in the softkey bar to create a new Word document.
Note: If you prefer to synchronize Ikôn notes automatically, you can set up ActiveSync so
that synchronization is continuous or occurs on a schedule. In ActiveSync on your
PC, in the
Tools
menu, tap
Options
, and then tap on the
Schedule
tab.
Note: Keep in mind also that a Word document created on your PC can lose key format-
ting features such as styles and tables if you make changes to it on your Ikôn.
