Summary pump control:
1. As long as the process pressure decreases, the UREG200 adjusts the
pressure to the set point SP1.
2. If the process does not take any more pressure, the UREG200 switches off
the pump as long as possible until the reduced set point = (SP1 + (-SP2) is
reached.
