DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS
GENERAL
DESCRIPTION
The
SUPERCOLD
consists
of
a
condensing
unit
and
a
cooler,
provided
separately.
The
PROFROID
GSH
condensing
unit
is
made
up
primarily
of:
-
1
MANEUROP
hermetic
compressor.
-
1
air-cooled
condenser
with
helicoid
fan(s).
-
1
electrical
cabinet
The
set-up
is
mounted
on
a
galvanised
folded,
sheet
steel
frame,
with
white
painted
sheet
metal
side
panels.
The
coolers
belong
to
the
different
PROFROID
CAN/CAE/CAB
EV
range.
Warning
:
it
is
mandatory
for
the
refrigeration
contractor
to
assembly
a
safety
valve
on
receiver
with
category
over
I.

INSTALLATION
SPECIFIC
INSTALLATION
RECOMMENDATIONS
For
certain
installations
(e.g.:
multi-station
refrigeration,
very
large
network),
the
use
of
an
oil
separator
may
prove
necessary.
It
is
essential
that
the
separator
return
be
positioned
on
the
suction
line.
The
unit
must
be
put
and
fixed
to
a
ground
plan
supporting
the
weight
of
the
unit
(4
points
of
fixation
are
foreseen).
Any
other
mounting
will
have
to
be
the
object
of
a
study
of
structure
adapted
to
the
frame
of
the
unit.
No
obstacles
should
be
allowed
to
prevent
air
from
being
drawn
from
the
coil
and
the
fan
to
discharge.
Sufficient
space
should
be
allowed:
-
1.5
m
minimum
on
the
fan
side
and
electrical
cabinet
side
for
servicing
and
maintenance
operations.
-
0.75
m
minimum
on
the
coil
side.

EFORE ANY WORK IS DONE ON THE REFRIGERATION CIRCUIT
,
THE HOLDING CHARGE MUST BE REMOVED
.
The
piping
used
(copper
or
steel)
must
be
of
refrigeration
quality
in
accordance
with
DESP
2014/68/EU.
All
piping
must
be
correctly
supported
and
fixed
and
should
in
no
case
be
allowed
to
restrict
the
piping
of
the
condensing
unit.
ELECTRICAL
CONNECTIONS
General
information
The
machine
is
designed
in
accordance
with
EN60204-1.
All
cabling
on
site
must
conform
to
the
legal
standards
in
force
in
the
relevant
countries
and
to
EN60204-1.

for
special
operation,
the
nominal
current
must
be:
